Meet The Team

Suzanne Austin and Christy Linhart form the dynamic mother/daughter duo that hails from Hendersonville, NC. With over 30 years of experience, Suzanne and Team bring knowledge and a creative touch to each transaction.

Suzanne has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. After owning a successful country store called The Country Market for several years she decided to venture into the real estate field in the 1980s, even with very high interest rates and most agents getting out of the business, Suzanne dove in head first.

Soon after entering the field Suzanne opened her own company, Habitat Realty. For 20 years, Suzanne was the president and co-owner of this successful locally owned real estate company known for its marketing, training and good solid reputation. Suzannes's ground breaking marketing ideas and training are still an evident part of the team today and top producing agents throughout the county.

Christy graduated from Converse College with a BA in Psychology and also in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. After growing up in a real estate family, it was an obvious choice after graduating college for her to obtain her real estate license.

After several years of heading up the marketing department of two local real estate firms, she decided to begin her sales career until she was called overseas on an 11 month mission trip that traveled over three continents. After returning from the mission field, she decided to come back to WNC and go back into the real estate profession so that her passion for international missions and working with orphans could continue to be a part of her life.
